My Pregnancy Plus services have been developed to ensure that women with neuro conditions have equitable access to an active pregnancy.

Empowered Planning will support you to feel prepared for your future pregnancy - by knowing what to expect, proactively addressing potential hurdles and developing activity habits that are safe to continue into pregnancy, whenever it may happen.

Empowered Planning

When someone starts thinking about having children, it is a perfect time to take stock. In this thorough consultation we:

complete a top-to-toe assessment, to identify and address any neuro symptoms that may prove challenging during pregnancy or into early motherhood
signpost to specialist services early (for example to the specialist nurses for medication advice or a pelvic health physio)
lay the foundations for understanding when and how adapted strategies may be helpful along the way
develop and optimise activity habits that will be safe to continue into pregnancy, whenever it may happen

This virtual consultation will last an hour and cost £100.
